5 Ways to know if you’re suffering from anxiety

Anxiety can feel like a heart attack, it can come with a strong sense of panic and dread. The first time i had a anxiety/panic attack, I was dealing with a lot at home and I went to sleep. When I wake up, I immediately felt a feeling of despair that was so bad that I felt like the world was coming to an end. I was in elementary school, and I had no idea what was happening and I had no one to talk to about it.

 

Over the next  few years I would wake up in a cold sweat, shaking, and feeling overwhelmed and anxiety ridden, every once awhile when the stress of my traumatic childhood got to be too much for me.  I started this blog to be a support system to others, something I wish I had growing up.  Here is my gift to you; look deep inside your soul, take a deep breathe and continue reading to know if you could be suffering from anxiety. Below are a few signs of anxiety.
